Suni Hạ Linh was born as Ngô Đặng Thu Giang in Hồ Chí Minh City on September 6, 1993, and debuted as a singer in 2016 with the single “Em đã Biết”, which featured rapper R.TEE.

Prior to becoming a singer, Linh studied abroad at a university in Victoria, Wellington, New Zealand, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in money and finance. After university, Linh decided to return home to pursue a career in singing, which she was passionate about.

As a result, she participated in singing competitions such as Cleverlearn Superstar in 2008 and Vietnam’s Kpop Star Hunt season 2 in 2012.

Her debut single “Em đã Biết” featuring rapper R.TEE won her multiple awards in 2016 such as Best R&B/Soul Song of the Year at Zing Music Awards 2016, Best Rising Star at V Live Awards 2016, Top 10 Song of the Year at Làn Sóng Xanh Awards 2016, and Top 20 Hit of the Year at Yan Music Awards 2016.
