Sufvyn is a self-proclaimed “Sudanese beatsmith” from Khartoum, Sudan. As awareness of the Afrofuturist artistic aesthetic continues to rise, there has been increasing connection between artists in America and Africa. This kinship has benefited to Sufvyn and many other artists amidst the huge, diverse continent that for so long has been ignorantly portrayed in the West as a big field.
