Stevie Jean was born and raised in the Northern Territory. At 20 years old, Stevie Jean has already supported celebrated acts such as The Rubens, Tash Sultana, The Cat Empire, The Angels, Grinspoon and Icehouse. Her single ‘Hell in Every Religion’ took her to the Top 5 of Triple J’s Unearthed High competition and received her a nomination for NT’s Best Live Voice in both 2017 and 2018’s National Live Music Awards. 2019 has already been an outstanding year for Stevie Jean. Starting the year supporting Tash Sultana and Ocean Alley, performing festivals nationally such as Party in the Paddock and The Hills Are Alive only to be followed by the release of “Prey” (mastered by Neal H. Pogue) with rapper Tasman Keith. The end of 2019 will see Stevie Jean release her debut EP “Blame Game” (produced by ARIA-nominated producer J.Mangohig), support Montaigne nationally on her Complex Album Tour alongside the renowned Miss Blanks, and play a string of festival shows including Queenscliff Music Festival, Festival Of The Sun and NYE On The Hill.
