About Stereos

Stereos is a Canadian band from Edmonton, Alberta. It consisted of members Patrick Kordyback, Miles Holmwood, Robert Chalifoux, Daniel Johnson, and Aaron Verdonk. They gained recognition after appearing on the Much Music series DisBAND in 2008. They changed their name twice, beginning with Stand By Me, and changing it to Turn It Up, before finally settling on Stereos. The group combines hip pop and pop music to form their musical style.

In 2009 they released their debut album Stereos, followed by their second album Uncontrollable in 2010.

In March of 2012 the group announced via Facebook that they were breaking up as a band. Patrick, Daniel, and Robert later formed the band I65.
