About Steel Panther

Steel Panther is an American glam metal band from Los Angeles, California. They are known for their comedic, profane lyrics and their 80s glam metal lifestyle.

The band consists of four members, all using pseudonyms:
Ralph “Michael Starr” Saenz – lead vocals, acoustic guitar (2000–present)
Russ “Satchel” Parrish – guitars, backing vocals, acoustic guitar (2000–present)
Darren “Stix Zadinia” Leader – drums, percussion, keyboards, piano, backing vocals (2003–present)
Joe “Spyder” Lester – bass, backing vocals (2022–present)

Previous members are:
Travis “Lexxi Foxx” Haley – bass, backing vocals (2000–2021)
Ray Luzier – drums, percussion (2000–2003)

Steel Panther was formed in 1997, and started gaining popularity in the early 2000s as Metal Shop (soon changed to Metal Skool) and later as Steel Panther. So far, they have released four studio albums (one as Metal Skool).
