Stacey Dee grew up in California as the daughter of a singer-songwriter father and began playing guitar at age 20. Prior to the formation of Bad Cop/Bad Cop in 2011, she was in bands such as The Angry Amputees, Compton SF, Blacktop Idol, and Park Royal.
