About Snypa

Coming from the streets to the booth, Hoodrich West recording artist Snypa came up rapping with his long-time friend and affiliate, Young Thug, and his YSL crew. Their thuggish approach mixed with soulful melodic content that focuses on real-life events from the trap, streets, and the system.

In mid-2014, Zuse dropped his Plugged mixtape, which included an appearance by Snypa on the song “Gun Sounds.” The song became a big hit off the project. Snypa was also featured on Waka Flocka Flame’s “More” off Flocka’s Salute Me or Shoot Me 3 mixtape.

Once Gun Sounds and More began to generate buzz in the streets, Snypa released a follow-up project called Still 8800, within the same month. It featured production from Kid808 and Slo Meezy on tracks like “Pimpin” and “Who The F*ck Is You,” which featured an appearance from fellow Atlantan Young Thug.

Since the start of his brand, Snypa has released five mixtapes Casino Life (The Bosses), Still 8800, Trap Rock, Trap Rock 2, and Raja (King of Kings).
