Liam “Snowy” Halliwell is a multitalented musician from the Melbourne area. His prolific output can be found across the Melbourne scene and on Bandcamp. He is known as part of the bands The Ocean Party, No Local, and a founding member of Cool Sounds.

He is now part of Snowy Band and Pop Filter in addition to his work as a solo artist (see 2023’s Lipreader), with new project Slcjh, and offering professional recording, mixing, and mastering services.
