Snot is a Hardcore Punk band from Santa Barbara, California formed in 1995. Although they are known for powerful vocals and a heavy sound, they also masterfully incorporated lounge music and jazz into much of their style. They only released one studio album, Get Some, in 1997, before the death of singer Lynn Strait in 1998 lead to the breakup of the band. Snot last reunited in 2014, playing several shows in Southern California.
