who started releasing music from 2014. Back then Foley went under a different name and rapped with a different style writing to jazzier more boom bap inspired production after a 2 year hiatus Foley returned with a new name and a stylistic change sonically. After dropping various remixes and loosies Foley dropped a 8 song Ep under the name “25th and Seagirt” titled after where he grew up. Following that release Foley dropped a lofi project under the Name “Sad Villian Noises*”.
