SILICA GEL (실리카겔) is a South Korean indie rock band formed in 2013.
The band currently consists of four members: Kim Geonjae (김건재) (drums), Kim Chunchu (김춘추) (guitar and vocals), Kim Hanjoo (김한주) (keyboard and vocals), and Choi Woonghee (최웅희) (bass).
They debuted in 2015 with a self-produced EP 새삼스레 들이켜본 무중력 사슴의 다섯가지 시각 (Pure Sun).
In 2023, with their song “NO PAIN,” they won Best Modern Rock Song award at the Korean Music Awards.
