Oluwaseyi Akerele, unmistakably known as Shizzi (Magic Fingers) is a Nigerian hit-record producer and songwriter.
Shizzi started out as a drummer in church. He achieved recognition for his work on Davido’s 2011 hit-single “Dami Duro”, and then produced six songs on the singer’s debut Album Omo Baba Olowo 2012.
He also produced Wizkid’s “Love My Baby”, a song from the artist’s debut Studio Album, “Superstar” 2011. He has been credited for producing Davido’s “Skelewu” and “Gobe” hit-singles. He was also the producer behind Wande Coal’s highly controversial songs “Baby Face” and “Go Low”.
In 2013, he co-produced Davido’s “Tchelete” single, featuring Mafikizolo.
Also in 2015/2016, he produced the club hit-single “Fans Mi” by Davido, featuring Meek Mill; and yet, another hit-single on the singer’s “Son Of Mercy EP” Album 2016, “Gbagbe Oshi”.
Shizzi won the Nigeria Entertainment Awards for Music Producer of the Year, 2015.
