三浦徳子 (Yoshiko Miura), also credited under the pen name 亜伊林 (Airin), was born in 1949 in Hirosaki, Aomori, Japan, and was a Japanese lyricist who was active as early as 1977.
Her most notable credits are within the city-pop genre, a genre that was mainstream during her heyday. Most notably, she helped to write 松原みき (Miki Matsubara) now most famous track “真夜中のドア / Stay With Me”, which has gone on to produce remakes, covers and remixes.
Aside from city-pop artists, she also wrote for a variety of other artists in other genres, such as pop artists like 杏里 (ANRI), idol groups such as ANGERME and many other Hello!Project groups and artists, and R&B singers such as Ms.Ooja.
Yoshiko would be active as a lyricist up until her death in 2023. Although the news was not made public until the 14th of November, the announcement stated that she had passed away on the 6th, due to pneumonia at the age of 74.
