Sam Loeffler

Sam is an American drummer for the melodic-rock band Chevelle formed in 1995. He is one of three members, including brother Pete Loeffler (guitar and vocals) and brother-in-law Dean Bernardini (bass). Sam is from Grayslake, Illinois.

Sam is a Vater Percussion artist and in an interview with Vater Percussion he recalls that at the age of 14, he drowned in a lake and was brought back to life by a friend. After getting a second chance at life, he knew that he wanted to be a drummer and had been doing what he loves ever since.
