Rama Nzanda-Buana (known as SAIBA/SAYBA, xiecae.cd, Cydia, deathbeat391, RAMA STAR, unisutoka, xhia, RARASOLEIL or Ixys) is a multidisciplinary artist from Brussels, BE.
Rama made art his whole life but in 2016 he started posting his music online in the vaporwave community under various aliases. That led to the development of EXIS9EIA (summer 2018)
In early 2018 Rama dissociated himself from the vapor community and archived most of his vapor projects, then he started experimenting with his vocals more, and released his first song as SAIBA in 2019
