Sage Carnage is a drag artist, performer, DJ and producer. Based in Costa Rica, Sage takes influence on transhumanism, the uncanny valley and the concept of being an artificial intelligence who gained conciousness and tells her stories through her music. Sage Carnage describes herself as an audiovisual entity operating at the intersection of performance, transhumanism, and electronic warfare. Where the lines between artist and machine become uncanny.

Sonically, her work merges industrial rhythms, deconstructed club, and cinematic sound design into immersive, often unsettling experiences. And she has released three interwined EP’s that follow her story and her own universe – followed by a compilatory remix album.

Sage Carnage debuted with the EP sage_carnage.wav, a raw and cinematic introduction to her universe, initially released on SoundCloud on April 14, 2024, and later re-issued across all major streaming platforms on August 30, 2024. This release established her signature sound and narrative world rooted in cyberpunk imagery and queer resistance.

On March 28, 2025, she surprise-released femmechanical on SoundCloud, a one-off experimental EP that served as direct promotion for the upcoming release of robotics.txt—a conceptual sister record to her debut. femmechanical was later made available on all platforms on April 4, 2025.

Her second full-length EP, robotics.txt, was released on April 13, 2025. The record expanded on the sonic and thematic foundations of her debut, introducing new characters, high-tempo industrial rhythms, and dancefloor-oriented production that explores the liberation of cyborgs from mind control systems. The release further cemented her place in the underground electronic scene.

On June 28, 2025, Sage released reconstructed.zip, a compilation album featuring reimagined versions of tracks from sage_carnage.wav, femmechanical, and robotics.txt. The project celebrated Pride Month by spotlighting a lineup exclusively composed of LGBTQIA+ artists and producers. The remix album includes collaborations with notable underground figures such as franci$, moldslug, Etérea, Parcher, world pillar, Silika, and more, featured across the 22-track collection.

Sage Carnage has also produced and directed accompanying visuals for her narrative world. Notably, she released music videos for the tracks destroy_vincent_chromwell and ashley_dean, both of which expand the visual mythology of her fictional universe involving Carnage Robotics and its rebellious creations.
