Saflare Sole

Ryan Thomas, better known by his stage name Saflare Sole, is an American battle rapper and MC from Montgomery County, Maryland. Starting his battle career in 2020 on Our Society Battle League, he soon made a name for himself as a strong up-and-comer in the DMV area with his high-energy performances, stage presence, and lyrical ability. His performances on Our Society led to WeGoHardTV event organizer Mike Terra selecting him for Season 2 of URL’s Crucible talent program. From his entry into Phase 1, Saflare Sole was a standout in every stage he competed in. He even made his Summer Madness debut at Summer Madness 12 on September 24, 2022 with his Phase 3 battle against Z The Dropout…and got a clear win in the process.

Saflare Sole’s consistency throughout the Crucible has led to him debuting on Summer Madness, placing within the top 6 MCs of Season 2, competing against Chess as the headliner for URL’s Final Exams, and making his SMACK Volume series debut at SMACK Volume 10 against fellow Crucible Top 6 qualifier Footz – all within his first year on URL – ensuring that Saflare Sole’s battle rap career has only just begun.
