Stage name of Fred de Ráfols. Named after the Safeway grocery store and the Spanish painter, Francisco Goya.
Founded the short lived New Wave band, The Nobodys, together with his brother, Alex Blanc. Releasing their first single independently in 1982, they were signed to Capitol Records and released their debut album, No Guarantees in 1984.
The eponymous single was featured on Miami Vice and the album was well received, but despite this, the band vanished soon afterwards.
