Emmett L. Golden, (b. June 16, 2003) professionally known as RXTARR (“rock-star”), is an artist based in Cleveland, Ohio. Rox is most known for his work with the group, “BLOODLINE” started by him.

The 70s-influenced punk has a wide range of music touching many genres such as shoegaze, rap, and of course, the many subgenres of punk.
