RXKNephew is known for his versatility and his bold lyrics. He has an alter ego named Slitherman which he portrays as an evil, murderous, psychotic creature.

He would gain most popularity from his tracks “American tterroristt” and “Slither Conspiracy” due to their abrasive nature, which people found comedic.
