About Rose McDowall

Rose McDowall is a Scottish new wave musician born 1959, and one of the ex-members of goth-pop duo Strawberry Switchblade. Although she has released her own albums and EPs, she’s mostly known as a “floating member” of several alternative bands, providing backup and lead vocals for Coil, Current 93, Death In June, Felt, Alex Ferguson, Into a Circle, Nurse With Wound, Psychic TV, Megas, Nature and Organisation, Ornamental, and Boyd Rice in both recorded and live performances.
