Walter Kovacs born March 21, 1940 – November 2, 1985, otherwise known as Rorschach is one of the central protagonists of “Watchmen”.
Rorschach wears a piece of cloth which has moving and shifting inkblots that resemble an actual Rorshach test as a mask. He considers this his true face. Rorschach had been one of the members of the “Crimebusters”, but continues his one-man battle against crime long after “costumed vigilantes” become both detested and illegal.
