Roma Ryan

Roma Ryan, born January 20th in Belfast, North Ireland, is a writer, poet and the personal lyricist to Enya.

In 2005, Ryan developed the artistic language Loxian to give Enya a greater range of expression than she was getting from English, Irish or Latin.

Roma Ryan is married to Enya’s sound engineer Nicky Ryan.
