Rodney O & Joe Cooley are a hip hop duo from Los Angeles, CA. The two are pioneers of the West Coast Hip Hop scene as well as being a huge influence to Florida’s Miami bass music scene. They are best known for the songs “Everlasting Bass”, “Cooley High”, and “This is for the Homies.”
