Robert Fripp (born May 16, 1946) is a legendary British guitarist, composer, and producer, perhaps best known for his work with famed progressive rock group King Crimson.
He is also notorious for collaborations with other well-known artists, such as David Bowie and Brian Eno. His impressive discography consists of more than 80 personal releases, 70 guest appearances, and over 1,300 album credits spanning a forty-year career.
