Making up one-half of the Detroit, Michigan base duo The Roadrunners, Costa ( Real name Lloyd Costa Hatcher II) is a rapper from Mt.Clemens, Michigan who was raised on the Eastside of Detroit. After initially starting off as a solo artist, Costa teamed up with Kill ( William Clark) and formed The Roadrunners after receiving advice from Coalition Detroit Dj’s, Ill Will. With there Southern cadences and Northern slang The Roadrunners quickly gained buzz throughout the mid-west, Releasing 2 projects entitled “ A Thousand Ways” and “ Highly Intoxicated” from 2014 until 2016. When the group unexpectedly took a break from music Costa maintained releasing new music and a series of videos until the release of Applied Pressure at the top of 2018 produced (with all beats) by Dj Ill Will. Costa went on to release Dark Paradise May 2018.
