RIVKA is a Pittsburgh-based electronic band made up of musician/producer Reggie Wilkins and female vocalist Rebecca Dulberg. The project began in the summer of 2011 and aims to produce chill vibes and summertime highs through the use of lush vocals and dreamy electronics.
