American singer/songwriter/producer Richard Estrada’s charismatic tracks incorporate a wide range of musical influences. In 2019, he released his debut EP “Young and in Love” in collaboration with Ginon H. Jones with lead single “I Like You” attracting international praise. The album fuses slick R&B beats with modern, dancehall music and is described as an “ode to the past while maintaining the modern sonic elements found in today’s climate” by Estrada. After the fast paced beginning, the EP reveals its more vulnerable side, with solo track “Insecurities” by Miss Jones delving into the struggles of love. The closing track of the album, Change For You, includes a feature from Tara Barrett. Underlaid with an angelic choral effect, the track demonstrates a less inhibited side of the artists and seamlessly brings closure to the album with a yearn of longing; “I’ll change for you, if you change for me.”
