Reverend Horton Heat is the stage name of Jim Heath, the “Godfather of Modern Rockabilly” and singer, songwriter, and guitarist of the Dallas-based psychobilly trio of the same name. Formed in 1986, the band combines elements of punk, rockabilly, country, surf, and blues, describing themselves simply as rock and roll.
