Rashad Tarleton otherwise known as “Ray Real” is a native of South Central Los Angeles. Honing his craft within Hip-Hop/Rap for over ten years with producing and writing he’s starting to get the recognition he deserves. Heavily influenced by the likes of JAY-Z, Cam'Ron and PUSHA T, being from Los Angeles his sound is unlike anyone coming from the West. Graduating from Los Angeles Recording School in 2012 with his degree in Audio Recording. It was until, Ray had a meeting with Big Jon from Warner Chappell about a Jay-Z placement that he had landed, the song “Spiritual” released in 2016 exclusively on TIDAL, making it Jay-Z’s only single of that year after releasing “Magna Carta Holy Grail” in 2014. As of late, Ray has been working relentlessly on new beats, songs and crafting his engineering skills as he is a one man machine. Collaborating with other Los Angeles artist has been a goal of his this year, with the release of a track entitled “Celebrate” by Don DiestrO produced by Ray Real and Jay Pesci this is one of many surprises he has in store.
