Newcomer Rass Limit, born Ramon Manolo Stoops, is an underground hip hop artist based in Cologne, Germany. His artist name is an indication of a mindset that focuses on passing limits rather than setting them and is linked to Rass Limit’s motivation and drive.
The 23-year-old’s passion for hip hop started at a young age when he came in touch with American music of the 90s, which ultimately inspired him to make music himself. Soon producing beats wasn’t enough for him. „I started free-styling over my beats and just go with the vibe, building melodies with my voice.“ He has since been working on developing a personal sound and takes inspiration from many different artists, old and new, rooted in punk, alternative rock and hip hop.
