Rami Yacoub, now simply known as Rami, is a record producer and songwriter primarily known for his affiliation with Max Martin from 1997 to 2007. Together, they created hits for acts including Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys.
After an extended music break for two years, Rami formed the production studio Kinglet Studios with Carl Falk in 2010 and began working on songs with One Direction, Nicki Minaj, Avicii, Ariana Grande and Carly Rae Jepsen. However, after working with 5 Seconds of Summer in 2017, Rami took another family-oriented break away from music and permanently shut down Kinglet studios.
He re joined Max Martin at his production company MXM and Wolf Cousins in 2019 and has gained huge success as a songwriter working with Lady Gaga and reconnecting the Max-Rami partner ship after more than 10 years on songs for Jonas Brothers and Maneskin.
