Rachel Ann Goswell (born 16 May 1971) is an English singer-songwriter and musician, better known as vocalist and guitarist of the shoegaze band Slowdive. She is also the lead vocalist of Minor Victories, was part of Mojave 3, and released a solo album, titled Waves Are Universal, in 2004.
