Jacob Perez, widely known as Princeton, or Princeton Perez, is a singer-songwriter, actor and dancer from Downey, California. In 2008, he became a member of the boy band, Mindless Behavior, which was an American boy band that primarily focused on R&B and hip-hop music.

Upon the disbandment of the group, Princeton began focusing on his own music. He released his first single, Don’t Believe In Love on SoundCloud, and surpassed nearly 100,000 listens within the first week. Still a member of the group, Princetón was there for the release of their third album #OfficialMBMusic, showcasing more of his talent as a featured singer on the album.
