Roger Allen François Jouret (Plastic Bertrand) is a Belgian musician, songwriter & producer best known for the 1978 Euro-punk anthem “Ça Plane Pour Moi”.

After his smash hit and having toured the world, he represented Luxembourg in the Eurovision Song Contest, in 1987, with the song ‘Amour Amour’.

Bertrand returned to the public eye twenty years later as MTV declared him the “most wanted comeback artist”. He made a guest appearance on the album Get Ready!, and rerecorded the 1982 song “Stop ou encore”, which went originally platinum in Belgium. A “best of” album was released in 1998.
