Leroy “Pistol” Gordon was once a member of Eazy-E’s Ruthless Records. A Nashville, Tennessee native, he was signed to the label in 1994, and released his debut studio album Hittin’ Like a Bullet later that year. From 1994-2009 he released 13 studio albums.

He was the first rapper from Nashville to sign a major label contract. His rise to the forefront on the Nashville hip-hop scene began on the streets of the Preston-Taylor projects; honing his rhyme skills by rapping at talent shows and on the playgrounds around the hood.
