Haitian-Boston artist Phill Mycup is what you could refer to as “Boston’s Burna Boy”. He pulls inspiration from is Carribean roots and fuses that with RnB to give off an Afro RnB vibe. He creates vivid images of betrayal, love, and parties with music.

His first release, Missy in 2016 was originally received with a great audience approval but as he battled with insecurities if he could keep it up with the level of his past releases and was unsure of direction as an artist he removed all music from streaming platforms. After a much needed mental hiatus and gaining more footing in where he wanted to be musically he re released a few songs in 2020 as well as giving his audience some new favorites.

In 2021 he came back with a bang releasing his first EP, INDECISIVE. Along with that EP, Phill Mycup released songs with Tyler Loyal, 4onzii and MyCompiledThoughts. As if that was not already enough he released his debut album, The Consequence with singles Neither Will I Pt. 2 and Wavy. His music is a breath of fresh air in the music scene giving you something to dance to, drink to and cry to.
