Peter Skellern (14 March 1947–17 February 2017) was an English pianist and singer-songwriter from Bury in Lancashire, England. He wrote for stage and television productions between the 1970s and 2000s, and had two top twenty hits: “You’re a Lady” and “Hold on to Love”. He died aged 69 from an inoperable brain tumour.
