Peter Furler is an Australian singer, songwriter, musician, and producer who is best known as the former lead vocalist of the Christian Rock band, Newsboys. In 2011 he released a solo album entitled On Fire and in 2012 formed the Peter Furler Band, which released its first album Sun and Shield in March 2014. Furler is also first cousins with pop-singer Sia.
