PeR (Please explain the Rhythm) is a Latvian pop and beatboxing band formed in 2007. It originally consisted from Ralfs Eilands, Emīls Vegners and Pēteris Upenieks but later was transformed into duo consisting of Ralfs Eilands and Edmunds Rasmanis. PeR represented Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2013 with the song “Here We Go”.
