Megan Steenkamp better known by her stage name Patty Monroe is a South African singer/songwriter originally from Cape Town.

Involved with music from a very young age, she acquired a record deal at the age of 15. This colourful entertainer and her signature curly hair have been able to make a name for herself. Being one of the few females in the industry at the time, Patty has been consistent, releasing singles since 2015 and her debut album in 2017 titled Malatjie. Which included the successful single ‘Reminiscing’.

She also refers to her fans as Malatjies which loosely translates to ‘crazy ones’.
