About Parquet Courts

Parquet Courts are an American rock band, based in Brooklyn, New York, that dabble in a slew of punk-rock genres, namely post-punk, garage rock and art punk. Composed of brothers Andrew and Max Savage (vocals-guitars and drums, respectively), Sean Yeaton (bass), and Austin Brown (vocals-guitars), the quartet has seven albums under their belt, with their most recent work (Sympathy for Life) being released on October 22, 2021.

The band formed together in New York during 2010 after Brown and the Savage brothers moved to the area, as the three of them are originally from Texas.
