Outlaw, also known as Ow7law Tha Masque Mane, Tha Masque Mane, and Mr. Sinista, is a rapper and music producer hailing from Memphis, TN. He’s a former member of M.C. Mack’s rap group Killa Klan Kaze and the North Memphis Playa Click.

In addition to numerous guest features on projects by local rap legends like M.C. Mack, Tom Skeemask, DJ Squeeky, Criminal Manne, and several others, he dropped his solo album Devil Shit – Chapta I under Darkside Productions. The exact release date of the project remains unclear, but it’s estimated to have come out between 1995–1996. This is based on track appearances—one song first surfaced in 1994 on Tom Skeemask’s Niggas Watch Your Back/Gonna Make Changes, and another was featured in 1995 on DJ Squeeky’s Gotta Get The Bass, Part III.
