Delivering Christ-centered lyrics with a secular sound, outr.cty (pronounced outer city) hopes to use his God given talent and platform to attract all walks of life. “If they’d lend me their ears, maybe I could move their hearts” says the artist.

Born Octavious Hose, the Atlanta based musician adopted the stage name “outr.cty” to express how his way of thinking, music, and poetry wasn’t the same as everyone else in the “inner city”. 
 Inspired by artists such as Lupe Fiasco, Lecrae, André 3000, Childish Gambino and Andy Mineo cty has crafted a unique flow that captivates his listeners.

As a graduate of Tri-Cities High school in East Point, GA he follows the likes of OutKast, Xscape, Kap G and many more talented artist that’s graced the halls of the school. “With God, I can only hope to reach as many people as those before has done.”
