OSI is an American progressive metal project by keyboardist-vocalist Kevin Moore (ex-Dream Theater) and guitarist Jim Matheos (Fates Warning). They combine electronic music with heavy riffing and progressive elements like odd time signatures. Their name is an abbreviation of Office of Strategic Influence.

OSI has never played any live shows and Moore and Matheos mainly work separately, by e-mailing each other song ideas. They have released four albums to date: Office of Strategic Influence (2003), Free (2006), Blood (2009) and Fire Make Thunder (2012).
