Oscar Jay Dunbar is an English film actor, singer and songwriter, born on July 12, 1993. He is a member of a modern rock band by the name of Khartoum. Dunbar released the song “Spring Rain”, the second OST of the korean drama 봄밤 One Spring Night, on the June 5th, 2019.
