Taj Nakea Callender (August 28, 1999 – May 21, 2021), professionally known as Ongotaj, was an American recording artist from Richmond, Virgina.

Over his brief years of rapping Taj grew in the underground community fast, creating a sound for himself and working with the likes of David Shawty, Lil yawh, and Vonte*. Taj also made music with his twin brother, banboy, who has also continued to make a name for himself in the underground scene as well.

Taj passed away on May 21, 2021, from an accidental drug overdose.
