Olimpia Smajlaj, or officially recognized as Olimpia, is a singer and an artist born in Shkodër, Albania.
She used to be the lead-vocalist for two Albanian rock bands (2013-2017) before she decided to continue her career as a solo artist.

Olimpia rose to prominence living in Tirana, during her appearances as a lead-vocalist and hostess in a couple of TV-shows.
It was during that time that she started publishing different covers on her YouTube channel and experimenting with genres through her cover choices.

She published a Sublime’s cover called Doin’ Time which was later followed by two other hit covers, one of them Albanian. Apparently bringing her own touch to these covers, both instrumentally and visually helped her further distinguish her vision and influences needed for her upcoming original songs and music videos.

Her first official song ‘Buzzin’ was published on her birthday November 2020 and it’s what paved the way to her focus towards a full-time career in music. Recently she published her newest single, a reggae/dubstep fusion summer tune called ‘BB Wine’. In continuance she plans to finish two other songs at the end of 2021.
