Maxime Buffel, also known by his stage name Obu, (stylized as OBu), is a French record producer and DJ, currently based in Paris. As of 2020, he has been signed to fellow French musician Uppermost’s independent record label Uppwind and has since been collaborating and working closely with him.

His debut album Envol was released on 19 March 2021.
