Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Oblè Reed is a 22 year old mixed-race pop rap artist who has found himself in a lane of his own. His passion and accessibility has attracted many eyes to the young artist’s music, including music powerhouse SoundCloud, as well as Pharrell William’s multimedia creative collective, I_am_other who teamed up in a 2021 collaborative album, which included his song “Loose Change.” He continues to release music with inspiration from J. Cole, Chance the Rapper, femdot, and Dominick Fike. He went by the stage name Moondrop until 2021, releasing an EP which included the singles “Low Mileage” and “Senior Year.”
